    Ceiling Fan Sizing Tips

    Downrod Length (for high ceilings):

Fans should hang 8–9 ft from the floor.

    • 10 ft ceiling → 12″ downrod
    • 12 ft ceiling → 24–36″
    • 14 ft ceiling → 36–48″
    • 16 ft+ → 60″ or more

What We Provide:

Ceiling Fan Replacement

  • Standard Ceiling Height (8–9 ft)
  • Fixtures wear out over time — motors get noisy, lights flicker
  • Older fans = less airflow + higher energy use
  • Modern replacements are quieter, more efficient, and often come with remotes + LED lighting
  • Style refresh: easy upgrade to change the look of a room

 High Ceilings

  • Ceiling Height – 10 ft and up
  • Harder to clean, maintain, or reach = more buildup and wear over time
  • Fans may hang too high = poor airflow — replacing allows for proper downrod sizing
  • Outdated lighting may not illuminate the space well
