Paul – Owner & Master Electrician
Paul has been working in the electrical field since 2002. With over 20 years of hands-on experience in both residential and commercial work, he’s learned what truly matters when it comes to getting the job done right. He started Lembo Electric with a clear mission: to deliver Honesty and Quality Above All Else.
Paul takes pride in helping customers understand their options, using only high-quality materials, and ensuring every job is built to last.
Outside of work, Paul enjoys snowboarding, fishing, and camping with his family. When he finds a quiet moment, you’ll catch him playing guitar.

Marketing & Office Administrator
Sarah – Marketing & Office Administrator
Sarah manages bookkeeping, social media, and the behind-the-scenes operations that keep Lembo Electric running smoothly—all while working full-time as a pre-op and recovery room nurse. She’s organized, detail-driven, and helps bridge the gap between the job site and the office.
Outside of work, Sarah loves snowboarding, going to the gym, and spending time outdoors. Her favorite way to recharge is traveling with her husband and their two boys.
