This policy explains how Lembo Electric LLC (“Lembo Electric,” “we,” “us”) handles the information you share with us through lemboelectric.com. We keep it simple: we collect only what we need to answer you and do the work, and we do not sell your information.
Information we collect
When you fill out an estimate or contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, the kind of work you need, and any message you write. We also receive basic technical information your browser sends automatically, such as your device type and general location, which helps the site load and stay secure.
Photos you send for a virtual estimate
If you request a virtual estimate, the photos you upload and the address you give are stored privately with our website hosting provider. Only our team sees them, and we use them only to estimate and do your job. We keep them with your job record, like our other job records. If you want them deleted, call or text us and we will remove them.
Reviews and ratings
When you rate us through our review survey, your rating and anything you write come to our team. A private note with a 1 to 3 star rating goes only to our team, so we can make it right. If you choose to post a public review on a review site such as Google, that review lives on that site and follows its terms.
How we use your information
We use what you share to respond to your request, prepare and discuss your estimate, schedule and complete work, keep records of the jobs we do, and improve how the site works. That is the whole of it. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing without asking you first.
Text messages
If you check the consent box on a form, you agree that Lembo Electric may text you about your request. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. This transactional consent is separate from any marketing, and we log it with your request.
How we share information
We share your information only with the service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, our customer and scheduling software, and the email and text messaging services that deliver your request and our replies. These providers may only use your information to perform their work for us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We never sell your personal information.
Online chat
If we add an online chat assistant to the site, the messages you send it will be processed to generate a reply and may be reviewed to improve the assistant and to follow up if you ask us to. Please do not share sensitive personal information in a chat. If you want to send private details, use the estimate form or call us directly.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses only the cookies and basic analytics needed to keep it working and to understand, in aggregate, how it is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to serve you and to meet our business and legal record-keeping needs, then we remove it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices

Children
This site is meant for homeowners and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
